Two minor (but very important) doc fixes:
...
- bit module's isset and isclear return values are true/false (and not 0/1)
- scons build option for LuaRPC is boot=luarpc (and not boot=rpc)

- Updated "using.html" with (updated) instructions on cross-compiling.

- Removed the QR code from the navigation frame :) I like it, but it just doesn't fit there.
