feat(calendar) improve MicroPython example ( #2366 )

Small improvements:
- Remove cast from get_pressed_date
- Check return value of get_pressed_date
- Call set_today_date on clicked date
- Compact highlighted_days
- Added a switch to show different header type

fix(examples) remove cast in MP scripts ( #2354 )
...
After https://github.com/lvgl/lv_binding_micropython/pull/161 merged, it is no longer needed to cast the result of 'e.get_target()'
Also, additional small fixes to allow CI improvements
