INI parser

Overview

Simple ini file parser
Just copy sc_ini.h and sc_ini.c to your project.

Memory

No heap memory allocation internally.

Possible to use without sections

Multi-value

Values without keys in the next line will be reported as if belongs to previous
key. Those values should be indented at least with a single space character.
