将Vimscript条目并入编辑器中，并添加《像IDE一样使用Vim》

考虑到Vimscript基本上算是Vim知识体系中的一个子集，独立作为一门语言似乎有些不妥。所以就并入Vim的条目下。然后Vim又属于编辑器，最后还是觉得把整个Vimscript条目的内容都移入编辑器这一条中为好。
