Some programs have ini files with multiple sections that have the same name, which would make it very useful to know when a new section is encountered. benhoyt	4d08274b35	Moved examples to their own examples/ dir. ... Only define INI_ALLOW_MULTILINE if it's not already defined. Added C++ INIReader class.
