Convert event-config.h macros to avoid reserved identifiers C reserves all identifiers beginning with an underscore for system use. But we had been mangling our autoconf identifiers with the prefix "_EVENT_" to avoid conflict with other programs. Instead, we will now use the prefix "EVENT__".
