Niels Provos 8901c141c9 make chunked requests work correctly; this is done by providing 
a separate callback for invidiual chunks.  if this callback is
not set, all the data is going to be delivered at the end.

To build libevent, type

$ ./configure && make

Install as root via

# make install

You can run the regression tests by

$ make verify

Before, reporting any problems, please run the regression tests.

To enable the low-level tracing build the library as:

CFLAGS=-DUSE_DEBUG ./configure [...]
