Azat Khuzhin a9441ed646 ci: fix cmake build w/o OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR 
cmake build rules does not have detection of OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR via brew,
so we cannot run such builds on CI.

Always set OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR for cmake.
