build: re-enable prepare script for husky setup

Browse Source 
Re-enables the `pnpm run prepare` script.

The prepare script is automatically run when running
`pnpm install` locally.

It both:
  - Sets up husky/git pre-commit scripts
  - Builds the `packages/mermaid/dist` folder.
